Shiraz / Viognier (red)
This innovative blend of red Shiraz grapes and white Viognier grapes has become a favourite of Aussie wine lovers. While the name suggests a traditional blend, this wine is actually produced by co-fermentaion, to preserve the brightness of the red pigments and enhance the flavour. Our Shiraz / Viognier is vibrant and fruit forward with aromas of cherry, orange blossom, and a hint of honey, leading to luscious blackberry characters on the palate. This medium bodied red is perfect for sipping with friends.
Sauvignon Blanc / Semillon (white)
Originally a French blend, this refreshing white wine has become one of Australia’s most popular wines. Pale straw in colour, this wine has an intense nose of passionfruit, peach, and lime, layered with a pleasant grassiness. Expansive flavours of pink grapefruit, lemongrass and snow pea on the palate are balanced by just the right level of firm acidity to finish. Refreshing and crisp, this is a great wine for everyday sipping.
