If you are looking for that great cup of coffee, you have come to the right place. Just Us! works hard to purchase the best green beans, roast them to perfection, and get them as to you as fresh as possible.
The coffee is packaged in state-of-the-art packaging immediate following roasting. Fresh-roasted coffee gives off twice its volume in CO2 in the 48 hours after roasting. Coffee manufacturers either “stale” the coffee so that it can be packaged in either a regular bag or a vacuum pack, or they must use a 1-way valve – as does Just Us!. Using 1-way valve bags also allows CO2 to drive out oxygen, which helps protect the flavour of the coffee beans.
All Just Us! coffees are certified organic and certified Fair Trade. They are selected for their premium quality and stored, roasted, blended and packaged to maintain that quality.

Light roasts:
Rainforest Rhapsody – light, brisk and refreshing, with a few dark overtones
Dark roasts:
Ethiopian – distinctive, floral and fruity with soft sweetness.
Mexican Morning – light and a bit nutty – a perfect start to you day!
Guatemalan – bright and well-balanced with hints of spice and cocoa.
Colombian – a classic – full-bodied with a rich smooth flavour.
Medium-dark roasts:
Jungle Blend – a zing of Central America with the sweetness of the Andes.
Mocha Java – full-bodied, rich and smooth like dark chocolate with a hint of fruit.
Rise Again – like folk legend Stan Rogers, full-bodied and earthy with an underlying sweetness.
Dark roasts:
French Roast – a well-balanced dark roast, sweet and clean with a touch of spice.
Espresso Blend – dark and robust, with a hint of sweetness.
Radical Blend – balanced blend of world coffees roasted to the extremes. Stimulating! Radical!
Sumatran – thick, rich, earthy and darkly fruited.
Breaking the Silence – an inspiring development project around Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. A rich and well-balanced coffee.
Italian Roast – strong and full-bodied with a rich carmelized sweetness.
Decaf*:
Medium Decaf: 99% caffeine-free – Just Us!’s natural decaffeination process retains the bright and sweet character of coffee
French Decaf: 99% caffeine-free. A darker roast that intensifies the flavour while retaining the sweetness
* the natural “Mountain Water Decaf Process” brings water from the glaciers of the Pico de Orizaba Mountain in Mexico. This gives you the best decaf possible, without the use of chemical solvents.
