Each Traditional Vintage wine kit produces 23L (approx. 30 x 750mL bottles) of medium-bodied wine. These are by far our most popular kits for regular consumption, as their medium-body makes them ideal for pleasing a wide range of palates. Although we recommend that you age your traditional wines – their peak aging period is between 6 – 12 months (slightly longer for red wines) – they are nevertheless ready to drink at bottling.
