Traditional Vintage (5 week) wine kits

Each Traditional Vintage wine kit produces 23L (approx. 30 x 750mL bottles) of medium-bodied wine.  These are by far our most popular kits for regular consumption, as their medium-body makes them ideal for pleasing a wide range of palates.  Although we recommend that you age your traditional wines – their peak aging period is between 6 – 12 months (slightly longer for red wines) – they are nevertheless ready to drink at bottling.  For more information on each wine varietal, mouseover the images below.

White Wines

One of Australia’s niche varietals, this wonderfully clean dry white showers you with fresh flavours. A swirling blend of honeysuckle, tropical and citrus fruits finishes crisp with balanced acidity. Light straw colour with honey, apple and passion fruit on the nose.
