If you want to hear from us, follow these steps to ensure you’re getting our newsletter.

Not Getting Our Newsletter? You May Not Have Given Us Permission

In 2014, the Government of Canada introduced anti-spam legislation that requires all businesses to obtain your consent to send you emails or promotional material. We sent out several mailings asking our customers to opt-in, but unfortunately many of our emails got caught in spam filters.

If you missed it, but would like to keep hearing from us, CLICK HERE and fill out the form to be added to our confirmed mailing list. You will not be able to receive our newsletter without completing this step.

You can change your mind and unsubscribe at any time – just click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our emails.

Gmail Users – Here’s Why You May Not Be Seeing Our Newsletter

Since Gmail introduced the divided inbox with separate tabs for Primary, Social and Promotions, many customers have reported that our newsletters are automatically sorted into the Promotions folder, where it gets missed.

To have our newsletter delivered to your Primary inbox, add to your Gmail contacts list or drag-and-drop any of our emails from the Promotions section into your Primary inbox. You can also click on any of our newsletters and remove the “Promotions” label to prevent future emails from ending up in the Promotions folder. Still Not Seeing Anything?

Check your Junk Mail or Spam Folder. If you find our newsletter there, make sure to add to your contacts list or “safe list” to keep receiving our emails.

If you’re using a business email account, our newsletters may be filtered out by your company’s servers. Try signing up with a personal email address instead.

      We don’t have any left, unfortunately; that was one of our Limited Release wines that are only available for a limited time. It’s not quite the same, but we do currently have a Niagara Mist Cherry Pinot Noir (same wine, but without the chocolate flavour) that may be of interest! Please let me know if you’d like us to set a kit aside for you.
